Here, I am told to draw a Manic x Rouge picture. So I have decided to have Rouge compliment on Manic's (fanny) pack and distract him as she attempts to steal his goods right under his nose.
Of course Rouge is the dominating one in this picture, Manic is too much of a nice guy. He's good with kids.
Your wouldn't believe how many times Manic has been put into a "taken advantage of" situation. Dr. Robotnik made Manic bark like a dog once... of course he was drugged.
