Japan Earthquake Tsunami Relief

Hey everyone, just like to let you know that I am alive and didn't get a day off from work hahahah.... all that preparation for nothing! Now I have a billion trash bags to remove off of my stuff =P

But anyway, I'm sure you are all aware to some degree of the damages, casualties, nuclear power plant cooling system failures, explosion at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, massive flooding, rampart fires, etc. so I would repeat those information (especially since information is constantly being added, updated, etc. There is a Japan-based newsgroup/livestream you can watch here [link] Katz-san basically answers questions and relays information back for none native Japanese speakers. He's really good and awesome =)

I would like to link back a few places where you can go and show your support for Japan. Even if you can't spare a few dollars, I'm sure everyone affected (Japanese natives, families and friends of the affected, etc) will appreciate it very much if you spread the links on your dA journals, blogs, Facebooks, etc!

Description: UK organization ShelterBox has a target goal of £20,000. They will be sending out these green boxes to help aid in the Japan disaster. These boxes contain:
1. Relief tent for a family of up to 10 people
2. A children’s pack containing drawing books, crayons and pens.
3. Range of other survival equipment including thermal blankets and insulated ground sheets.
4. A basic tool kit containing a hammer, axe, saw, trenching shovel, hoe head, pliers and wire cutters enables people to improve their immediate environment.
5. Wood burning or multi-fuel stove.
6. Water purification tools.
